The Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy (DJCLPP) is currently accepting submissions for Volume 21!
DJCLPP is a scholarly publication that
examines contemporary legal issues at the intersection of constitutional
jurisprudence and public policy. We aim to enhance the public’s
understanding of contemporary and novel constitutional law and public
policy issues, to arm practitioners with arguments and proposals for
effective reform, and to publish valuable articles for the academic
community.
DJCLPP engages with the legal and academic communities through our
website and on-campus events. We publish one issue per year, as well as student Notes and
Commentaries. DJCLPP also strives to foster conversation on current constitutional issues within the
Duke Law community by sponsoring lectures, panel discussions, and other events throughout the
year.
We are reviewing submissions on a rolling basis. Our priority review period will end on Friday, August 15th. You may submit your manuscripts to Scholastica or reach out directly to kyle.beck@duke.edu. If you're interested in learning more, feel free to visit our website.
We look forward to reviewing your manuscripts!
